Meet Gail Zarbin, your Mental Health Expert


Clinical Experience & Compassionate Care
Gail is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over thirty years of clinical experience. She has worked at mental health clinics, at an in-patient hospital for adults and adolescents, and as a school social worker in a grade school. Gail has experience collaborating with teachers at public schools and Montessori schools. Gail works with children, individual adults, and couples.
Gail Zarbin is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in conducting the psychological evaluation for surrogates, egg donors, embryo donation and Intended Parents. Gail offers counseling to individuals and couples struggling with the impact of loss and to make decisions to create their family.

Being an adoptive mother of two children, Gail has the knowledge and personal experience related to reproductive medicine and family building choices. Gail is a member of ASRM (The American Society of Reproductive Medicine), RESOLVE (THE National Infertility Association), NASW (National Association of Social Workers) and Path2Parenthood.
Services

Children, Individual Adults & Couples
Gail has experience collaborating with teachers at public schools and Montessori schools. Gail works with children, individual adults, and couples. Gail has been trained and has experience working with clients who are part of the LGBTQ community, are neuro-divergent, or who struggle with Asperger’s, ADHD, depression, anxiety, alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, and medical concerns. Couples often have challenges with communication and resolving conflicts without hurting each other. She works with multi-cultural, blended, and divorced families.

Infertility Counseling
Gail is trained in the specialized area of infertility. She will help you with the impact of the grief and loss of failed infertility cycles, miscarriages, and post-partum depression. Gail has the knowledge and personal experience related to reproductive medicine and family planning choices: for adoption, using a sperm donor, an egg donor, a surrogate or embryo donation. Gail administers the psychological evaluations for surrogates, egg donors, and Intended Parents: same sex couples, heterosexual couples or individuals who need to be cleared to move forward. Gail is a member of ASRM (The American Society of Reproductive Medicine), RESOLVE (THE National Infertility Association), NASW (National Association of Social Workers).
Gail is not currently taking insurance and accepts patients on a sliding scale.
