Meet Gail Zarbin
Clinical Experience & Compassionate Care
Hello! First, I know the journey of finding someone to talk to can feel overwhelming. I’m glad you want to reach out to me. I want to be responsive to your questions and concerns.
Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We will first identify triggers and patterns and then, create a plan that teaches you daily tools to better respond to challenges and stressors. I will help you understand and heal from past wounds. You will become more resilient and learn healthier coping strategies to improve the quality of your life and relationships.
You are not alone in this journey.
I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over thirty years of clinical experience. I have worked in various settings including hospitals, schools, community mental health centers, and private practice. I work with clients both in-person and via telehealth.
